AI Cybersecurity Architect

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for experience establishing or supporting AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk management programs.
• We need demonstrated cybersecurity experience evaluating AI, GenAI, LLM, or machine learning platforms.
• We expect experience reviewing AI architectures, AI agents, autonomous systems, or machine learning solutions before production release.
• We value the ability to balance innovation with risk controls in fast-changing technology environments.
• We require understanding of emerging AI risks, including LLMs, AI agents, autonomous workflows, RAG architectures, prompt injection, model security, data leakage, and third-party AI services.
• Preferred: AI Governance Lead experience.
• Preferred: AI Security Architect experience.
• Preferred: Hands-on implementation of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF).
• Preferred: Responsible AI program experience.
• Preferred: Experience evaluating commercial AI vendors and GenAI platforms.
• Preferred: Experience assessing AI agent frameworks and autonomous systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with emerging AI regulatory and compliance requirements.

• We will establish governance processes and security review frameworks for emerging AI and GenAI initiatives.
• We will design approval, risk review, and assessment procedures before AI solutions go into production.
• We will evaluate AI agents, autonomous workflows, and third-party AI platforms for security, privacy, compliance, and operational exposure.
• We will conduct architecture reviews centered on AI trust boundaries, model protection, data usage, access controls, and agent behavior.
• We will develop safeguards that prevent AI systems from exceeding intended permissions or operating outside approved boundaries.
• We will partner with Data & Analytics, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to support secure AI adoption.
• We will build scalable governance models that enable rapid AI growth while reducing unacceptable business risk.
• We will create AI vendor evaluation criteria, security questionnaires, and risk assessment methods.
