GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Senior Data & Analytics Officer, t he Development Data Analyst provides data entry and analysis for the Development Department .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Researc h and c ode all gifts and produce gift entry into the donor database . Research donor biographical information using Lexis Nexis . Produce donor gift receipts, acknowledgements , and tribute cards. Print membership cards, including new, reprints , and replacement cards . Prepare deposit s including cash and checks , both electronically and manually , and reconcile daily bank deposit with nightly post report . Perform data integration utilizing On-Line Express to import event fundraising revenue and data . Perform daily ACME customers and membership imports/ exports of data in to Raiser’s Edge using O - Matic software . Col laborate with Visitor Experience team to analyze and resolve daily errors and exceptions from ACME import /export process . Assist in monthly reconciliation with Accounting, Visitor Experience , and Development to balance integration revenu e . Assist in monthly balancing and gift reports with S enior Data Analytics Officer and Accounting . Produce various daily revenue and gift reports for Development and museum wide reporting need s . Monitor the Data Operations Team mailbox and complete requests based on the level of complexity . Monitor the Visitor Experience work issue log in SharePoint of identified issues between ACME and Raiser’s Edge and provide appropriate resolution . Maintain electronic and paper f ile s and archive appropriate documents and materials and all other paper inventory of gift processing supplies . Run queries, exports, and reports to support Development staff data needs for multiple area s including membership, events, major giving, planned giving , stewardship, campaign and annual fund . Apply DIA values to interactions to support a culture of belonging among internal and external stakeholders. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong ability to run queries, reports , and exports using The Raiser’s Edge and interpret and analyze results for accuracy. Demonstrated organizational skills to plan, manage, prioritize, and complete multiple on-going projects tomeet deadlines and goals. Ability to work occasional weekend and evening hours for special events . Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities/projects, and meet deadlines, as well as strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in the latest version of Office 365. Proficient in the use of remote work technology such as scheduling with, connecting to, and using digital collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Must be able to establish and maintain professional, productive, and courteous interactions that promote positive teamwork. This encompasses going beyond giving and receiving instructions and includes but is not limited to (a) performing work activities requiring interacting or speaking with others; and (b) responding appropriately to constructive feedback or suggestions for improvement from a supervisor.
