This leadership position plays a key role in the success of our Automotive Dealership by overseeing daily Parts Department operations, inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the Automotive Parts Department Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee parts ordering processes Monitor department productivity, profitability, and operational goals Lead, train, and support Parts Department staff Work closely with the Service Department and Automotive technicians to ensure timely parts availability Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and manufacturer representatives Utilize Dealership software and inventory systems for daily operations and reporting Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and Dealership policies Assist with budgeting, reporting, and department forecasting Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Automotive work environment Participate in management meetings and ongoing Automotive training programs Support overall Dealership operations and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous Automotive Parts or Dealership management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of Automotive inventory systems and dealership software programs Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced Dealership environment Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to analyze reports, inventory trends, and department performance Valid Driver's License required Join Williams Auto Group and become part of an Automotive TEAM that values leadership, professionalism, and excellence in the Dealership industry. #TEAMWilliams #JoinTEAMWilliams #Automotive #Dealership #PartsManager #CarSales #J-18808-Ljbffr
