Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Rockford seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock.
• Identify and mitigate potential demand-related supply chain risks.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling for forecast accuracy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
