Responsibilities may involve personal care, behavioral support, physical assistance, and maintaining a structured living environment, including household and occasional safety‑related tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or non-degreed persons with a minimum of one year direct experience in human services. Valid Driver’s License. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet. Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration. Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
