Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Community Outreach Representative to join our growing nonprofit team. Key Responsibilities Represent the organization at community events, educational programs, outreach campaigns, and public awareness initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, nonprofit organizations, local leaders, volunteers, and community partners. Assist with planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events, volunteer programs, and community engagement initiatives. Educate the public about the organization’s mission, programs, services, and impact within the community. Coordinate event logistics, including event setup, registration, materials preparation, and on-site support. Engage with community members to answer questions, provide resources, and encourage participation in programs and events. Gather community feedback, track outreach efforts, and share insights to improve engagement strategies and program effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of outreach campaigns and community initiatives. Qualifications Passion for community service, nonprofit work, civic engagement, and creating positive social impact. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage diverse audiences. Ability to build trust and develop meaningful relationships within the community. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
