Logistics Supervisor

Supervises the logistics function for a fresh-produce importer and wholesale distributor with cold and dry storage, overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities and a team engaged in receiving, storing, quality checks, picking, staging, loading, and shipping. Assists management in planning and enforcing safety and security programs for temperature-controlled and ambient areas, including sanitation, personal Protective Equipment, and equipment-use policies. Inspects the physical condition of facilities, vehicle fleets, and material-handling equipment and coordinates testing, preventive maintenance, repairs, or replacements. Schedules and organizes staff to meet throughput and service-level targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and applicable standards of food-handling and temperature Maintains inventory accuracy across cold and dry storage—tracking lots, expiration dates, and traceability. Work closely with Sales, Order Management, Accounting, and Shipping to ensure logistics flow seamlessly through our everyday systems and processes.

Required: 2 years of experience required (Logistics Dispatcher or related)
