Responsibilities
Employees join a stable production environment that values safety, quality, and teamwork, and offers a clear path from hourly to salaried employment after meeting the required hours. Steel-toe footwear is mandatory, and safety vests and safety glasses must be worn at all times on the production floor. Shorts are allowed only if they are cargo-style, and yoga pants are not permitted. The use of cellphones is strictly prohibited on the production floor to maintain focus and safety. Employees are expected to maintain punctuality and regular attendance; accumulating three tardies or one no-call/no-show will result in termination, and employees must notify their supervisor in advance if they are unable to attend work.
