About the Role

As a Sales Consultant , you'll be the friendly face customers meet when they visit our dealership. You'll guide them through every step of the car-buying experience—from learning about their needs to helping them choose the perfect vehicle and completing the purchase.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll build lasting relationships while creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Connect with Customers

• Greet customers as they arrive and create a welcoming, professional experience.

• Build genuine relationships through friendly conversation and active listening.

• Learn about each customer's lifestyle, budget, and vehicle preferences.

Help Customers Find the Right Vehicle

• Present vehicles that fit each customer's needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance.

• Answer questions clearly and confidently while providing expert guidance.

• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.

Guide Customers Through the Buying Process

• Manage the entire sales process from introduction to vehicle delivery.

• Assist customers throughout financing and paperwork.

• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

• Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding customer service.

Contribute to Team Success

• Collaborate with managers, finance specialists, and teammates.

• Stay current on new inventory, promotions, and product knowledge.

• Consistently work toward achieving individual and dealership sales goals.

Compensation
