Sales Specialist

Essential Areas Of Responsibility Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels. Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers. Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education. Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to drive differentiation and meet sales targets. Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds. Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges and collaborating internally on cohesive sales strategies. Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives. Maintain call average per the sales plan with face-to-face HCP interactions focused on top target customers. Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region. Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines. Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field). Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred. Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access collaboration. Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states. Preferred: new product launch experience. Skills: proven achievements in the market; strong written/oral communication; interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; leadership/interpersonal skills. Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge. Must pass background, motor, and drug screening. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Travel Requirements Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight travel. Compensation & Incentives Starting salary: $88,000-$160,000 annually (role/level dependent). Eligible for participation in company sales incentive plan.
