Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a full time Dietitian Nutritionist at Piedmont Macon Medical Center in Macon, GA . This 350-bed hospital provides compassionate, patient-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including an advanced cardiac center, spine care, maternity and rehabilitation programs. This position is ideal for both a new Dietitian, as well as an experienced Dietitian. Health Benefits start on Day 1! 3 weeks’ vacation and three personal days! What You’ll Do Maintain responsibility for comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments per the Nutrition Care Process model; Provide education to patients, as well as staff and work well with physicians, nursing, and other ancillary staff; Participate in weekend and holiday rotation. What You Bring Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in GA Strong verbal and written communication skills Good time management skills, be a self-starter, and a team player The ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
