Service Manager 4 Rivers Smokehouse | Middleton by The Villages Lead with Heart. Serve with Purpose. Grow with 4 Rivers. 4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an energetic, people-focused Service Manager to join our leadership team at our Middleton location in The Villages. If you're passionate about hospitality, developing great teams, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. As a Service Manager, you'll lead front-of-house operations while helping build a culture where both guests and team members feel valued. You'll work alongside the General Manager and leadership team to drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do Lead and coach front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional hospitality Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team development Foster a positive, high-energy work environment built on teamwork and accountability Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards are consistently maintained Monitor labor and staffing needs to support efficient operations Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Partner with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations Support special events, community initiatives, and other operational projects as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or leadership experience A passion for serving guests and developing people Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience Food Safety Management Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Microsoft Office, R365, or learning management systems such as Schoox Why Join the 4R Family?
