Front Office Patient Service Representative (Entry-Level) We are seeking a friendly, customer service-focused individual to join our healthcare team. This role is responsible for supporting daily front office operations while providing outstanding service to patients, providers, and staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Perform patient registration, intake, and data entry Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations as needed Process patient check-out and collect applicable payments Assist with scanning, faxing, filing, and maintaining patient records Support therapists, providers, and clinical staff with administrative tasks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous customer service experience required Medical front office, Patient Service Representative (PSR), healthcare, or insurance experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data-entry skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Schedule Full-Time Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (open availability) Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
