About the Role: The Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dish machine and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to support efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and food service equipment.
• Set up and clean the dish machine area; monitor temperatures and soap dispensing levels.
• Properly store clean equipment and utensils.
• Assist in maintaining clean and sanitary food preparation and service areas.
• Empty trash and transport waste to the designated disposal area.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Complete all required temperature logs during each shift.
• Assist with receiving and organizing orders in a timely manner as needed.
• Follow dress code standards and maintain proper personal hygiene.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• State food service certification required, if applicable.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic technical skills to complete routine tasks.
