- Ensure dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
- Set up dish machine and close down dish machine according to procedures
- Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine.
- Accommodates all servers and line cooks requests as a priority.
- Keeps entire kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping floors and emptying trash.
- Follow instructions and guidelines from the kitchen manager and chefs.
- Maintains a favorable working condition with fellow employees and managers: promotes a positive and cooperative work environment, which is conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Stand and move for 6-8 hour shift
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
