Our client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Test Manager for their Richardson, TX / Chicago, IL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:

• Developing the overall testing and validation strategy for the One Browser Initiative.
• Defining testing workstreams, scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establishing testing governance and accountability across infrastructure, product, business, and testing teams.
• Defining testing types, required validation activities, and readiness criteria.
• Defining application validation requirements and testing expectations.
• Establishing evidence standards and certification criteria.
• Defining business and application owner sign-off requirements.
• Ensuring application teams provide documented proof of testing completion.
• Monitoring and reporting application certification status and readiness metrics.
• Establishing exception, risk acceptance, and remediation processes.
• Coordinating testing activities across application teams, product owners, application test managers, EUC, infrastructure, security, network, and project teams.
• Facilitating test planning workshops and readiness reviews.
• Managing escalations, dependencies, and testing-related risks.
• Driving alignment and accountability across impacted stakeholders.
• Partnering closely with application test managers to ensure consistency in validation and reporting.
• Defining the testing approach for the target-state AVD environment.
• Establishing validation requirements for application testing within the future-state environment.
• Ensuring application teams understand how to test and certify their applications using the approved migration environment.
• Defining testing evidence and readiness requirements prior to business certification and deployment decisions.
• Developing the strategy for external user and member validation utilizing Perfecto or similar testing platforms.
• Establishing browser support expectations for external-facing applications.
• Defining validation requirements across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and applicable mobile browsers.
• Working with Digital and Product teams to ensure browser standardization efforts do not negatively impact external customer experiences.
• Establishing enterprise readiness dashboards and reporting standards.
• Tracking application certification status, risks, dependencies, defects, and testing completion.
• Providing regular readiness assessments to program leadership.
• Supporting Go/No-Go decision-making for pilot activities and deployment waves.
• Escalating unresolved readiness risks that may impact migration success.

Requirements include:

• Experience in Enterprise Test Strategy Development.

• Readiness and Release Management.
• Risk-Based Testing Approaches.
• Cross-Browser Testing Strategies.

• Multi-Team Coordination and Escalation Management.
• Leading Testing Across Large Application Portfolios.
• Preferred Experience in Microsoft Edge migration programs, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), End User Computing (EUC) initiatives, Digital experience testing platforms such as Perfecto, Infrastructure and workplace technology transformations, Healthcare industry experience.
• Top 3 skills required for this role include Enterprise Test Strategy Development, Large-Scale Technology Transformation Programs, Browser Modernization Initiatives.
