Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to identify their goals and challenges.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

  • Engage as a primary facilitator during crisis interventions, proactively developing pre-crisis strategies and risk assessment plans.

  • Contribute to the professional development of the clinic by participating in continuing education, training events, and accreditation processes.

  • Represent Blue Ridge Behavioral Health in community forums and statewide meetings to advocate for mental health services.

  • Support the clinic director and team in meeting operational goals and enhancing the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC, you will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, managing developmental disabilities, and individuals affected by acquired brain injuries. Clients come from diverse backgrounds, including both urban and semi-urban settings in and around Arlington, Texas. You will need to demonstrate cultural competence and an understanding of the broad spectrum of issues affecting mental health in our community.

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a solid academic foundation in mental health principles.

  • An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blue Ridge Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $103,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide various benefits, including:
