As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 09:15 PMSun03:00 PM - 09:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, receiving areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
