Welder / Fabricator - Immediate 1st Shift Openings

Location: Denver, PA

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Fabricate custom components and ductwork for industrial dust collection and ventilation systems, working primarily with 14-16 gauge galvanized sheet metal, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to perform layout, measuring, fitting, tacking, and welding of custom assemblies with a high level of accuracy.

Operate a variety of fabrication equipment including shears, press brakes, grinders, rollers, saws, CNC plasma tables, CNC press brakes, and band saws.

Perform MIG and TIG welding as needed while maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the fabrication process.

Utilize strong tape measure skills and fabrication knowledge to prepare and assemble components for production and installation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work closely with a team-oriented shop that values a positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to take direction effectively.

Requirements: 2+ years of metal fabrication experience, blueprint reading ability, welding experience, and familiarity with fabrication equipment. Enjoy a clean, modern shop environment with opportunities for growth, cross-training, advancement, and potential permanent hire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
