As a Perioperative RN on the Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (WEST) , you will float across multiple Wellstar hospitals and Periop units based on where your skills are needed most. No two days are the same, and every shift is a chance to grow, shine, and support our mission of delivering world-class care.

What You’ll Do:

• Float to perioperative units across Wellstar hospitals based on need and your skill mix.

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellent patient outcomes.

• Adapt quickly and provide support in a variety of settings.

What You Bring:

Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or compact state) required.

(BLS) from AHA required.

(ACLS) required.

(PALS) required

Minimum 2+ years of recent perioperative nursing experience required.

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.

A flexible, positive attitude and passion for patient-centered care.
