There's never been a better or more exciting time to become a BMC nurse.Position: Registered NurseLocation: Interventional Radiology/Cath LabSchedule: 24 Hours (Days/Evenings/Nights)About the Perioperative Services/IR Cath Lab Department at Boston Medical Center:The new Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology(EP) and Interventional Radiology labs are part of the Integrated Procedural Platform (IPP) on the 2nd floor of the Menino building. All of the procedural areas will perform diagnostic as well as interventional procedures. Cardiac Cath Lab procedures include complex coronary artery revascularization, invasive physiologic and hemodynamic assessments, and minimally invasive structural heart disease interventions, including percutaneous valve replacement and repairs. The Electrophysiology Lab performs EP studies, ablations, and pacemaker/defibrillator implantations. Interventional Radiology encompasses the widest range of procedures performed by multiple services including radiology, neuro-radiology and vascular surgery.Position Summary:As an RN in the Perioperative Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care in the cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology/Neuro interventional radiology.
