Water/Wastewater Engineer

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater engineering in Kansas City. The role encompasses production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management. Essential Job Functions Work independently while collaborating with team members. Contact and visit clients for business development and marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars. Demonstrate a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills. Apply proven teamwork and problem‑solving skills. Manage and develop business client relationships. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles. Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering or Water Resources. 4+ years of experience. PE License required Experience with plan production (AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation) and InRoads. Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing is a plus. Experience producing water/wastewater projects and rail/transportation infrastructure projects.
