Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production and formulation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Formulation Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesday through Saturday

What's the Job?

• Work in a cGMP environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Handle formulation and grinding processes with precision and attention to detail
• Wear bunny suits and maintain strict hygiene protocols to ensure product integrity
• Prepare and compound formulations according to approved batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials and components.
• Operate and monitor formulation equipment such as mixers, tanks, and transfer systems.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to learn formulation and grinding processes within 3-4 months
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant systems
• Commitment to honesty, integrity, and ethical work principles
• Ability to work effectively with diverse team members
