Assistant Store Manager - Alltown

Job Summary Assistant Store Manager (ASM) assists the general manager in day‑to‑day store operations while ensuring compliance with Global Partner policies and procedures. Responsibilities Complete daily accounting paperwork and submit by deadline. Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, maintaining operational standards. Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; investigate shortages or overages of $100 per month or less and inventory variations of 0.5% or less. Maintain business records, cashier accountability sheets, and records required by the General Manager or Territory Manager. Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, following cash control policies. Manage cash management procedures including bank deposits and change orders. Maintain Grand Opening Ready Standards and store image standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; ensure store security and safety; comply with safety and environmental guidelines. Report issues to proper authority and management. Ensure adequate gasoline levels and coordinate deliveries. Engage in company promotional initiatives and promote high guest service. Perform duties as required by company policies, handbook, and other assignments from the GM or TM. Qualifications 1–2 years supervisory experience. Ability to work unsupervised; communicate, count, read, and write accurately. Basic computer proficiency. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.). Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs. Access to all store areas. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical education preferred. Pay Range $21.50 – $24.71 per hour, with the final amount based on experience, skills, location, and company discretion. Benefits Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
