The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of varying ages and needs. Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive and periodic dental examinations. Diagnosing dental conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans. Providing restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other procedures. Performing routine and surgical extractions within the dentist's scope and comfort level. Providing preventive and emergency dental care. Reviewing and interpreting dental X-rays and other diagnostic information. Educating patients regarding treatment options, oral health and preventive care. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Working collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, administrative staff, and specialists. Following all applicable infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and professional standards. Referring patients to specialists when appropriate. Delivering an excellent patient experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Qualifications. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
