Fall Seeding Helper

NaturaLawn of America is looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the upcoming aeration and seeding season, which ends in late October. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lawn care, with the potential to become a full-time, year-round Lawn Care Service Technician.
COMPENSATION
- $20 / Hour
- Time and a half paid over 40 hrs.
- Biweekly pay schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform aeration and seeding services alongside team leader on our customers’ lawns.
- Operate all associated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow daily schedules and complete assigned routes in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.
- Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid, NON SUSPENDED Driver's License
- Can pass preemployment drug screen including for THC/Cannabis
- No prior experience required --- PAID training provided.
- Must be in good physical shape and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
