We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more.What You Will Be Doing:Assist in all phases of the configuration of WWAN products.Perform firmware updates.Provision routers and gateways.Provide troubleshooting for configuring WWAN routers and gateways.Monitor ticket system and remote assets.Interact with customers (internal and external) and vendors via phone and email correspondence.Provide customer service.Provide technical support.Create and triage Cases/RMAs.Assist in other departments as needed.What You Will Bring To The Team:Skill sets include customer service, time management, computer skills, and good interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, high level of technical aptitude, being highly motivated, professional, courteous and dependable.Your Environment And Physical Requirements:The physical environment requires the employee in an office/warehouse environment.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.Direct Reports:No direct reports.Travel Requirements:Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.Who We Are:Mobile Communications America, Inc.
