Position Information
Compensation: $18-18.99
Training Week 1: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Shift start times can vary between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. The most common shifts are: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Temporary Assignment: 13 weeks
Parking: Parking pass will be provided
Location: Los Angeles,CA 90033
Position Details:
This Access Guide Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering 75+ calls per day , managing after-hours calls to providers along with hospital page codes.
Serves as primary point of contact of communication for the Hospital and academic medical centers.
Provides voice, paging and emergency communication for the organization, business partners, and community. Answers, screens and directs incoming and outgoing telephone calls, electronic messages, and other web-based communications using a call management system. Responds to basic inquiries and refers other inquiries to appropriate medical personnel. Contacts and distributes messages to medical personnel using a variety of electronic methods including text, voice, and email systems.
Requirements: Since this role is highly customer-facing, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Professional verbal communication
- Strong active listening skills
- Clear and confident speaking ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
Education
- Provide proof of High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Candidate should be willing to undergo a Drug Screening
