Event Assistant - Entry Level

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will support live promotional events and marketing campaigns while representing client brands and creating positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Support live event marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and experiential marketing programs
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, signage, marketing materials, and on-site activities
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent client brands, products, and services
• Promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and consumer interest during live marketing events
• Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
• Support community outreach, promotional marketing, and public relations initiatives
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in event, retail, and promotional environments
• Maintain promotional materials, event supplies, campaign information, and marketing documentation
• Provide administrative support with data entry, reporting, record keeping, and other marketing-related tasks
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs
• Represent the company and client brands with a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
