Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRUSH database environments.
- Lead database design, implementation, and migration efforts.
- Monitor performance, ensure availability, and provide solutions for optimization.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior DBAs and contribute to best practices.
- Strong hands-on experience in CRUSH DBA administration.
- Expertise in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience in leading DBA teams or taking ownership of critical projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
