Uses data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers to solve complex business decisions. Provides subject-matter expertise related to reporting and analysis and possesses a high degree of operational knowledge related to the health plan. Is a natural leader, one who is self-motivated, fully capable of meeting facilitation, and who proactively works collaboratively with business leaders to meet demands.Education:Bachelor’s degree (required)Experience:5 years of related experience (required)Familiar with SQL and Tableau (preferred)Strong Excel experience (preferred)QNXT and CSC (preferred) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $92,830.40 - $135,553.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
