Prepare and type documents for the President and engineering team. Assist with preparing and typing sales proposals. Maintain accurate and organized customer and vendor files. Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant Previous administrative or office support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
