This opportunity offers the chance to support both General and Special Education populations, ensuring equitable access to social-emotional resources and coordinated interventions. The position runs from now through June 23, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.

Key qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience in a K-12 school setting
• Strong skills in clinical assessment and behavioral intervention
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Capacity for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

In this role, you will:

• Serve both General and Special Education student populations
• Coordinate all aspects of 504 Plans for students
• Provide ongoing social-emotional support and manage behavior interventions
• Work directly with families, staff, and administrators to develop and implement appropriate supports
• Build trusting relationships with students to help them overcome challenges
• Remain fully onsite, engaging with students and the educational community in person
