Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance standards Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and scheduling to optimize efficiency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue growth strategies Requirements: 2+ years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Proven experience with inventory management, scheduling, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
