Unlimited referral bonuses starting at $1,000 per technician What We’re Looking For 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred) Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk in coolers/freezers and ice machines Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required TWC Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
