Schedule: Full Time - 80 hours per pay period - Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $90,000 to $105,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Director of Clinical Care, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while leading and developing your team. Your role will involve supervising personnel, managing clinical compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of excellence. By balancing compassionate leadership with operational efficiency, you’ll help ensure that every resident receives the best possible care in a supportive, dignified environment.

As a Director of Clinical Care, you will: 

• Lead & Develop Clinical Teams – Train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining effective scheduling and staffing systems. Provide leadership, problem-solving support, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure High-Quality Resident Care – Oversee resident well-being by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, supporting clinical goals, and providing hands-on care as needed. Foster strong communication with residents and families.
• Maintain Compliance & Clinical Standards – Implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage medical records accuracy. Coordinate resident clinical needs with internal teams and external healthcare providers.
• Foster Communication & Improvement – Promote transparency, teamwork, and process improvement to enhance care quality and organizational efficiency. Represent Vivie in industry events and committees as needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. 

This job also requires: 

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. 
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in clinical care, assisted living, long-term care, or home health. 
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems. 
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards. 
• Knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory compliance, and care coordination. 
• Ability to pass state mandated background check. 
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
