Overview Clinical Nurse Supervisor Department: Skilled Nursing Care Rumford Community Home | Rumford, ME Full-Time | Days | 8 HR Shift Pay: $37.80 to $54.75 Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Learn more here: Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Current and valid state Registered Nurse license. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care. Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained. Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.
