Creative Director, Brand & Campaigns

Own the big idea behind product launches and campaigns while defining Zoom's brand voice across teams, agencies, and headquarters. Responsibilities Develop the overarching creative concept and campaign platform for new product launches Define, document, and evolve Zoom's brand voice, positioning, and creative standards Set creative direction for designers, photographers/videographers, and outside agencies; provide clear, constructive feedback Create headlines, positioning statements, and key brand messaging Review team and partner copy to ensure voice and consistency Partner with the product team early to understand what is being built and shape go-to-market presentation Lead video and photo shoots, directing talent and crew to capture campaign requirements Present concepts and campaign strategy to marketing leadership and Zoom Corporation headquarters in Japan Write creative briefs and guide third-party agencies and production partners Ensure brand consistency across web, packaging, retail, advertising, social media, video, and events Requirements 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or campaign development (agency or in-house) Portfolio demonstrating campaigns you conceived and led, including the thinking behind the work Ability to translate technical product details into an emotional, creative story Fluency in creator culture and current social media and web trends Strong conceptual and presentation skills, including selling an idea through storyboards, sketches, and writing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow, and meet time-sensitive deadlines Ability to travel for trade shows and video/photo shoots as needed Preferred / Additional Skills Experience in the music industry and/or consumer audio electronics Experience launching consumer hardware or technical products Experience building creator, artist, or influencer partnership programs Familiarity with AI tools for concepting, drafting, and visualization Personal experience as a musician, filmmaker, podcaster, or engineer AI Tools AI tools for exploring more directions early AI tools to move from idea to mockup faster AI tools to help a small team produce at scale Location and Employment Full-time role On-site: Zoom North America office, Hauppauge, NY Work location: In person Relocation: Hauppauge, NY 11788 (relocate before starting work, required) Compensation USD 50,000 - 80,000 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Designer Jobs
