About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Production Operator• Pay Rate Range: $20.00/Hour• Location: Rockford, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English without difficulty.• Previous production or manufacturing experience.• Forklift experience is preferred.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to listen carefully and follow specific directions and instructions.• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced or stressful environment.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Must be comfortable standing and walking for approximately 7 hours per shift.• Must be able to regularly lift and handle materials weighing approximately 50 lbs.Duties and Responsibilities:• Perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks on the production floor like bottling and packaging products.• Follow specific work instructions, procedures, and directions.• Handle and move boxes, containers, and other production materials.• Lift approximately 50 lbs. regularly for several hours throughout the workday.• Operate a forklift as needed, if qualified.• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.• Maintain close attention to detail when completing production tasks.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
