Data Foundation and Analytics Engineering: Design and maintain reliable data pipelines and analytical datasets from multiple sources. Establish metric contracts with clear definitions, calculation logic, and ownership. Improve data reliability, transparency, and usability as the HRIS ecosystem evolves. Dashboards and Self-Service People Data: Own end-to-end delivery of leader-facing dashboards connecting people metrics to business outcomes. Design for self-service with intuitive personas, documentation, and feedback loops. Measure usage and trust to refine and expand analytics products. Research and Advanced Analytics: Conduct targeted analysis on attrition, workforce planning, performance, and AI-enabled work. Apply statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive modeling with appropriate validation. Translate complex analysis into clear findings and actionable recommendations. Partnership and Capability Building: Build trusted relationships with People leaders, Finance, HR Tech, and data teams. Shape an analytics roadmap balancing foundational data work, self-service, and research. Help leaders build confidence in using people metrics and insights.
