Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite
Duration: 2-month contract

We are seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Do

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for entry-level and professional roles
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (internships welcome)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable working fully onsite and collaborating with a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
