As a Sr. Seller Success Manager for Amazon Autos, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued dealer partners, serving as the bridge between Amazon and automotive retailers. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with your portfolio of dealers. You'll work closely with dealers to support the onboarding of net-new dealers to our platform, resolve issues, ideate scalable solutions, and build client-relationships. Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives are essential. Key Job Responsibilities

Senior Seller Success Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering a positive experience with our program. The key responsibilities are to:

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers in your portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate, proactively monitoring dealer satisfaction, account health, and engagement to ensure long-term success.
• Drive sustainable business growth for your dealers on Amazon through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise. Create and present compelling, customized solutions that help dealers achieve and exceed their business goals.
• Leverage performance data and analytics to identify growth opportunities within your dealer portfolio. Track key input metrics that drive selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with dealer leadership to develop strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams, optimize existing operations, and scale their Amazon presence effectively.
• Manage escalations and provide solutions to help dealers effectively navigate challenges and maintain healthy account operations.
• Identify and champion process improvements that benefit your dealer portfolio and the broader program, including driving adoption of new tools, simplifying workflows, and sharing best practices across the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to advocate for dealer needs and ensure alignment on programs that drive mutual success.

A day in the life

As a Seller Success Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams across Seller Experience, Operations, Product, and Program Management, and externally with GM and VP-level dealer contacts. Your primary responsibilities include driving sustainable dealer growth on Amazon through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise, partnering with dealer leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, advocating on behalf of dealers while developing customized solutions, and managing escalations to ensure exceptional dealer satisfaction and account health across your portfolio.

We are a newly formed rapidly growing team with a vision to create innovative discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection. We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for products in the complex automotive space. This role is part of the Amazon Ads org and is focused on vehicle sales.
