Potential transition to W2 employment based on performance and long-term fit Compensation Registered Nurse (RN): $19–$25 per hour (based on experience and performance) Position Overview We are a rapidly growing medical spa seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is interested in entering or advancing in the field of aesthetic medicine .
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to gain hands-on experience in cosmetic procedures while working alongside experienced providers in a high-performance, patient-focused environment .
You will be trained in modern aesthetic treatments and play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and results.
Core Responsibilities Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and light/laser-based therapies Prepare patients for treatments and provide post-procedure care and guidance Assist senior providers during advanced cosmetic procedures Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all treatment areas Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and proper medical documentation procedures Accurately record patient treatments and progress in clinical records Ensure a positive, comfortable, and professional patient experience at all times Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Open to entry-level candidates in aesthetics; prior experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication skills and professional presence Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment What You Can Expect Hands-on training in modern aesthetic procedures Mentorship from experienced aesthetic providers Opportunity to develop specialized skills in cosmetic nursing Career growth within a rapidly expanding medical spa organization A supportive, structured, and performance-driven work environment
