At Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga & Lorain Counties , we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes.

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you'll provide personalized care that helps our clients maintain their independence. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering medication reminders
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Accurately documenting care provided
• Communicating with clients, families, and our office team
• Accompanying clients to appointments or running errands as needed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation (valid driver's license preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person
• Experience with Dementia or Parkinson's care is a plus
