We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, support the kitchen, develop the team, and help keep the entire restaurant running strong from open to close.

Job Responsibilities

• Help lead the day-to-day operations of both front and back of house with a focus on safety, training, guest experience, sales, and profitability
• Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep every shift running at a high level
• Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development across the restaurant
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver strong hospitality, food quality, and consistent execution
• Help maintain smooth communication and teamwork between the dining room, bar, and kitchen
• Create a culture that is solution-driven, collaborative, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality
• Communicate clearly with the Home Office, leadership team, restaurant staff, and guests
• Help maintain strong standards for food safety, cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant readiness
• Support cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift leadership and operational discipline
• Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and teamwork
