Returns Warehouse Associate

Location: Macedon, NY

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime may be available based on business needs. Employees will be notified in advance when overtime is required.

Kelly is seeking a dependable Returns Warehouse Associate to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team in Macedon, NY. This position is responsible for processing returned merchandise, inspecting products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process returned merchandise accurately and efficiently Inspect, test, and clean returned products before returning them to inventory
• Verify returned items for quality and proper documentation
• Update inventory and warehouse systems accurately
• Report product issues or discrepancies to the Supervisor or Quality team
• Assist with warehouse organization and general material handling duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company quality, safety, and inventory procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, returns processing, or inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable using a computer and warehouse inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
