District Manager - Valet Trash Operations

5280 Community Waste Solutions is a rapidly growing leader in sustainable valet trash and bulk collection services, serving multifamily communities throughout the Denver Metro Area. Built on a foundation of consistent, accurate, and accountable service, the company is dedicated to enhancing property value and resident experience. As a District Manager – Valet Trash Operations, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing operations across a defined territory. This field-based position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to operational excellence. You will manage a team of Service Valets, ensure high-quality service delivery, and build strong relationships with property managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly valet trash and bulk collection services across 15–25+ communities within your district
• Ensure all scheduled services are completed with zero missed service nights
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits to maintain high service standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of 15–30 Service Valets
• Manage team schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Respond promptly to service issues and resolve them efficiently
• Support the launch of new community partnerships within your territory
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Provide real-time problem-solving and staffing coverage as needed, including flexible hours and on-call support

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in operations or field management
• Proven team leadership and staff management experience
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

$57,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses tied to service quality, staffing coverage, client satisfaction, and operational execution metrics.
$4800 per month.
$500 Vehicle allowance per month (gas budget as well)
