Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Current CPR/BLS certification
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience in a skilled nursing environment through a structured 13-week contract
