The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding, excellent project management capabilities, and strong leadership skills to drive successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end application development projects onsite. Understand and engage with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Take full ownership of project delivery, timelines, and quality. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Identify and resolve project issues through strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication. Explore new opportunities in different areas of operations.Required Skills & Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in Program Management, in automation application development. Strong understanding of technology stacks and development processes, including UiPath. Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results.
