The Burt Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team where you’ll have ownership over your projects and a clear path to grow into senior leadership. This isn’t a role where you wait for direction. You’ll manage client relationships, drive schedules, control budgets, and lead your project team from kickoff to closeout with the full support of a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization behind you. What you’ll be doing You’ll own all aspects of your assigned projects: client relationships, subcontractor management, scheduling, billing, change orders, and comprehensive closeout. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients and a driving force on site alongside your superintendent. Weekly OAC meetings, daily cost tracking, and proactive problem solving are part of the rhythm.
